Hi everyone,
Several people have asked if another reunion is being planned for the Glory Years (1960-1963). While there have been inquiries and some interest, no one has indicated they might be willing to step up to be the Chair to organize a reunion. It's a big job and almost needs to be organized by someone in the valley to make all of the arrangements. If I hear anything I'll post it on the website and I hope others will do the same. It's hard to believe it's been 50 years! I think the 50th reunion for 1963 would be 2013. We've technically missed the 50 year point for 1961 and 1962. I'm actually in the class of 1961 but had a typo in my signature for the last email. But it really could be any time in 2013 or even 2014 since we span 4 years. If any of you or anyone you have kept in contact with would be interested in getting the ball rolling for our next reunion, please add your comments and suggestions to this forum, and we can use the website to enlist volunteers and generate interest.
If you'd like to refresh your memory about what we did for our first Glory Years reunion in September 2003, scroll way down the home page to read the descriptions and reflections. It was a fabulous time for all of us!
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Always looking forward to this event...Sorry I am so far away to not aid in helping...George
Thanks a lot, George. Hope we get some "takers" who live in the valley who would be willing/able to organize another reunion while there are still some us numbered among the living! So sad to be losing so many classmates each year! :-(
Hi Peggy, I had forgotten about this website until I found my Arcadia High School Glory Reunion book. Gosh, that was in 2003 and now its 2014! I was wondering if there had been a 50 year reunion or not. Life changes quickly and often we can miss things. Also saw the message Sweet Adelines. There is a big chorus in Scottsdale that is pretty dynamic. My chorus has grown from 25 to 52 members and we have won medals every year since I started in 2007. I'm now in Ringgold, GA and do much of my stuff in Chattanooga, TN. I'll check back more often from here on out. Hoping all is well.
