Chuck & I were neighbors & good friends from Ingleside Elementary days through Arcadia. I am greatly saddened by his passing. Later in life we were able to meet again in NY & at the 3 class reunion & I really enjoyed his visits. My condolences to his family & many friends.  Tom Canter (62)
