I married my Arcadia High School sweetheart, Lee Shaw. Although I moved to Ohio in March of my junior year, Arcadia holds many fond memories. Lee & I married in 1964, the year after my graduation. We are blessed to have six children, four girls and two boys. They in turn have given us 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. We have lived in Ohio, Texas, northern Arizona, California and here in the valley over the years. For some reason, we keep coming back to the heat. I have worked over the years, but am blessed to now be able to work at home. We are active in our church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and keep busy with serving others and this year growing a garden. I love reading historical novels, church related material (including the Bible and Book of Mormon). When I have time, I love to scrapbook. I also enjoy photography, although I really just take pictures. My family is important to me, as are my belief in eternal families.

Watching the school play, Leave It To Jane. That play led me to take Theater Arts/Drama, which was a big step for a shy, introverted girl.
