I attended Arcadia from 1960-1964 (after graduating from Tavan). I went to ASU for two years, transferred to the U of A, graduated in 1968, and graduated from law school there in 1971.
I have practiced law in Tucson since 1971 and had my own law firm. My practice was limited to criminal defense work. I litigated cases throughout the United States. I have been active in a number of professional activities and taught in both continuing legal education programs and at the U of A law school. I stopped trying cases several years ago and now am "of counsel" with another criminal defense firm consulting on their cases and guest lecture at the U of A Law School.
I raced motorcycles and cars for more than 35 years and now ride bicycles a lot. My wife and I live on Tucson's far East side on some acreage adjacent to the Saguaro National Park.
